Delivery Within India: Free Shipping within India above order of Rs 999. The estimated delivery time will be between 2-8 working days, depending on the delivery address. Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours, Monday-Friday. Please note, there may be slight delays due to COVID restrictions.

Return and Exchange Policy: We want you to love what you ordered, but if something is not right, let us know. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from www.oonico.in is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered, is different from what you had ordered, please contact our Customer Care team [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the package. To return an item, please follow the Return Instructions.

Please note that items returned must be in their original condition, where the item is unworn, unwashed, without alterations, and has all tags attached. We will be unable to provide returns if the products that are damaged due to negligence towards Wash Care instructions not being followed as per wash care label or if products are bought from our partner stores and websites. Once the item is received we will assess and validate. www.oonico.in reserves the right to deny return if the item does not meet its Return Policy guidelines. All returns approved by the company will be credited to your Bank Account.

We offer reverse pick-up services at a flat charge of Rs.250 within India. Reverse Pickup facility is not available for all addresses. To initiate a reverse pick-up process for your order, kindly send in your request [email protected]. Please note that the following details in your reverse pick-up request are mandatory: your order number and a list specifying the items you wish to return. Once your request has been successfully registered, you will receive a reverse-pickup communication from our logistics partner. Once received, we request you to follow the instructions given below:

1. Pack the item you wish to return in the original delivery package, please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it in and all the tags of the product are in place.
2. Please ensure that the parcel is packed properly
3. In case of non-availability of reverse pick up for your location, we will communicate the alternate option through email or telephone.
4. When our courier partner arrives, hand over the parcel, and don’t forget to take the pickup acknowledgment copy once done.
5. Once we receive the returned courier at our warehouse, it will be subjected to Quality Check. All products returned will be subjected to quality checks to ensure they meet the above conditions.

International Shipping: We ship internationally to all countries with a few exceptions on a DELIVERY DUTY UNPAID basis. This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties on orders placed outside India. www.oonico.in is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes outside India. You will receive email updates on the status of your order.
